Coronavirus Update

Dear Patients,

We are excited to welcome you back into our practice once again! Our normal office hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Monday through Friday have resumed. Please call us at 214-987-0055 to schedule an appointment. Current patients, we look forward to seeing you again. Prospective patients, we look forward to meeting you!

Please know that we are taking every precaution possible to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We are operating in accordance with government regulations, American Dental Association and Centers for Disease Control recommendations regarding coronavirus and COVID-19 and are taking additional safety precautions. Our current practice operations are detailed below.

All patients are required to fill out a COVID-19 screening form and have their temperature taken at our practice before being seen. If a temperature at or over 100° F is recorded or the screening form indicates possible COVID-19 infection or contact with coronavirus, we will have to reschedule you to a later date. On top of the meticulous safety precautions and sanitary procedures taken by our practice normally, the following guidelines have been implemented. The staff wear N95 masks, face shields, and gloves at all times. The number and proximity of patients in the office at one time is limited. Anyone entering the practice is encouraged to wear a mask or face covering over the nose and mouth when they are not being treated. If at all possible, parents and/or caregivers should wait in the car while the patient is being seen. Commonly touched surfaces are sanitized often.
